Brief Answer:
A healthy diet is all you need to grow your hair

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

The rate or speed of hair growth is about 1.25 centimetres or 0.5 inches per month, or about 15 centimetres or 6 inches per year. It is unlikely to be affected by the intake of vitamins. Vitamin B is safe to be taken during lactation. But for good hair growth, you need a healthy diet containing a reasonable amount of protein. Hair is made of keratin, a protein. If the ingredients are present in food, it will automatically grow back.

Hope that helps.
