Brief Answer:
Advised Head lice shampoo.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I can understand your concern.

Some insecticides such as benzyl alcohol, pyrethrin, dimethicone, malathion are very good treatment options for bed bug infestation. Pyrethrin based shampoo and benzyl alcohol based lotions (such as ulesfia) are known to be available over the counter in many countries. You can ask your local pharmacist about these products.

Apply the shampoo to scalp and hair, wait for 15-20 minutes, wash the hair with lukewarm water and comb with nit comb. You can use it repeat the process on alternate days for a week or two.
Similarly you can apply lotions over night on all parts of the body and wash it next day.

Neem oil or tea tree oil are also reported to be effective.

Do not forget to call pest control and get your home and living environment cleaned of bug infestation. Wash the bed, clothes and ward robes with the aforementioned insecticide. Complete eradication is the key to prevent recurrence.

Hope this helped. If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.

Thank you
