Brief Answer:
Go for complete scaling.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in.

Nice to hear from you after so long.

Its really nice if you are brushing twice a day & taking care of your teeth.
Still if you feel there is some deposition or staining in your teeth, you can go for scaling. It will remove all deposits & staining from teeth.
If your problem still persists & you want to get your teeth whitened then go for bleaching. It results in whitened tooth but its not long lasting & results in sensitivity too. That's why its better to go with scaling first.

Visit your dentist for further treatment plan.

Hope I answered your query

Wishing you good health

Brief Answer:
Use banana peel for teeth whitening.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in.

As such scaling has no harm.
Still if you want to have some home remedy, you may rub banana peel from inner side to whiten your teeth.
Do regular brushing & flossing.
