Brief Answer:
Mid cycle bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir. Thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your health concern but according to the history given by you it seems like mid cycle bleeding which is a common and harmless thing.
But I would like to know if she took any emergency contraception like ipill or unwanted 72?
Or if at all she had this type of event before this one also?
Waiting for your response.
Regards
Dr Manisha

Brief Answer:
withdrawal bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Then nothing to worry at all as this bleeding is due to the effect of emergency pill and nothing else.
So no need to do anything about it.
But in future avoid emergency pill intake as much as possible and instead she can start oral pills on daily basis instead.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Premenstrual symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Yes all these symptoms are a part of premenstrual syndrome and are very common and definitely periods are almost on their way but at times there occurs only spotting and then periods ensue on the expected date only.
So ask her to relax and not to worry at all.
Take care
