Brief Answer:
Dyspepsia

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I understand your concern. I tried to analyze your complaints and could come to a probable diagnosis that is Dyspepsia.

Dyspepsia could be due to anxiety, stress,gall bladder infection,side effects of caffeine, alcohol, or medicines or any ulcer disease.

I would suggest the following;

Drink lots of water,
Avoid fatty food,alcohol or caffeine,
Take omeprazole tablets for a week,
Eat several small meals.

If after all this, you do not get relief,please discuss it with your doctor and go for further investigations like a Chest X ray or an Ultrasonography abdomen.

Hope i have answered your query.Feel free to ask more.
