Brief Answer:
UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
This can be due to urinary tract infection with or without a stone in the bladder or simply cystitis causing all the symptoms you have.
I would advise to have the tests of blood, Urine - routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity preferable before starting the antibiotics.
Ultrasonography will help to locate a stone if present, tell us the condition of the kidneys, ureter urinary bladder and so on.

You may need a course of an antibiotic.
Take plenty of oral fluids.
The treatment will solely depend upon the findings.
