Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Pain In Vagina After Unprotected Sex

Question: Hi, I had unprotected rough sex 1 and a half week ago. The place between vagina and anus was torn during that and it was painful. The next day my vagina was swollen sore and was hurting. I though it was due to rough sex but it's been more than a week and no comfort. I checked the skin is red where the tear was and I have got 4 bumps like pimples on the lips of vagina. It pains when touched and burns while peeing. I checked with my partner of he has any infections but he is clean and I have no history of any infections. I applied tropical antimicrobial ointment in the area and as soon as I apply it burns. The lips are also swollen...
Please suggest if it's due to rough sex or I need to get it checked with local doc.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to rough sex and bacterial infection. If you send a picture it will be more helpful.

Oral antibiotics will be required in such case. I would suggest antibiotics like ofloxacin and ornidazole if you were my patient in such case. You can approach your local doctor for this.

Hot fomentation with a towel will be helpful to relieve the pain and swelling. Avoid soaps and irritants as it may irritate more. You can use warm water or saline for washing the area. Applying betadine ointment locally also will be helpful.

Thanks doctor . I have uploaded the pic for reference and started the antibiotics as well as hot fermentation.

Also for how long do I need to take the antibiotics?
