Question: Im 20 years old over the last two months my teeth started to hurt the bottom front esepcially aventually that went away then all my teeth began to feel sore my dentist said i had no gingivitis but that i might grind my teeth at night or clentch. However now i feel like my gums are thining out not reeceding but thining out i saw a specialist and he said i did have two teeth on top that had a slight recession but that i didnt have to worry about the recession and that the pain isnt from recession. So ever since i can rember two of the front bottom teeth could be seen through my gums now one to the left and right are vissible through the gums and spreading to all the bottom teeth! Why ps the teeth are allot more visible in the mirror then the photo

about 6 months ago the skin of the back of my bottom gums behind my bottom front teeth felt as if they were peeling i could move that skin with my tongue . It happens at times with my gums on the roof of my mouth. Reminds me when you are in the bathtub too long and your skin peels.

Brief Answer:
Gum infection, deep bite,scaling,orthodontic

Detailed Answer:

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The pain in the lower front teeth can be because of gum infection or deep bite or fenestrations.
I have gone through the images, as per the images you have uploaded, as far as the thinning of the gums is concerned, it looks like fenestrations. That is nothing but thinning of the bone over the root surface of the teeth. This occur secondary to deep bite or abnormal forces over the front teeth.
Nothing to be panic, consult a good periodontist and get it treated with gum surgery and bone grafting. You should also consult a good oral physician and get all your teeth evaluated. If there is deep bite, you need to get the teeth treated with orthodontic treatment.

I hope my answer will help you. Take care.
