Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

You should do the following suggestions in order to lower your HR:
- breath slowly and deeply with nose and expire slowly with your mouth (bbreathing techniques )
- use magnesium supplements and magnesium water
- use beta blockers
- avoid caffeine and alcohol

If the tachycardia persist after these measures or you don't feel well you should go immediately to ER for further treatment.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
