Brief Answer:
you should contact your doctor for assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hello, You

Although the symptoms of abdominal aneurysm rupture do not resemble the ones you're experiencing, a sharp pain on the chest is a very good reason to seek medical help.

Abdominal aneurysm rupture may present with back pain and symptoms of massive bleeding like hypotension.

Other serious causes may include aortic dissection, acute coronary event, pulmonary embolism etc. I cannot diagnose your case obviously based on the sharp pain only but I can tell you that you need investigation urgently.

I hope I've helped!
Kind regards!
