Question: I experienced a random sharp pinching pain a few times in the top back side of my head. One moment I felt fine and then It feels like something pinched my brain with tweezers. I guess that's the best way to describe it. I also had a slight bit of numbness on my right face, when I looked in the mirror I was able to speak and smile like normal but still feel a little numbness on face. Could this be a stroke?

Brief Answer:
NO possibility of stroke

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxx,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The symptoms narrated by you are not compatible with stroke diagnosis.
The sharp pinching pain may be stress related or some local nerve irritation over scalp.
Isolated face numbness is rare. You need to get physically examined by a physician or neurologist.
Is there any hearing loss, ringing in ears, facial deviation, limb weakness, visual blurring or ataxia.
Any previous history of TIA, numbness over face, headache or other illness.
Do provide above mentioned details .

Brief Answer:
Should consult a neurologist for clinical examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxx,
It is less likely to get a stroke at this age without any predisposing condition or cardiac illness . But in view of involvement and symptoms in lower limb with facial numbness and sudden onset you need to get examined by a neurologist and investigated accordingly.
Another possibility may be some demyelinating disorder.
You better have a consultation and examination by a neurologist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
