Suggest Remedy For Severe Wheezing

Question: i have been having wheezing when i wake up. not when i breathe in but at the end of the exhale. and today i feel a differnce in my chest the wheeze is loud enough for others to hear.

Do you have any allergy? Or asthma? Which medicines you are taking? Any other associated problem like diabetes or hypertension?
In my opinion, if you have asthma then there is need to change your drugs. You need to see your physician so that you can be properly examined and investigated..
If i am your attending physician I will add inhaler pump containing salbutamol to your medicines after determining your heart status. I will get your chest x ray , FBC and ECG... Normally it exacerbate after chest infection. , in that case antibiotics should be added.
If there is no history of asthma or allergy , then more appropriate approach is to visit your doctor...
