Brief Answer:
Syrup Ondem 5 ml (2mg/5ml) can be given. Consult local doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX

Thank you for writing to us with your concern. I understand your worry.

If your child is vomiting continuously and nothing is staying in, then it is imperative that you take her to a local hospital where they can admit her and give her medicines by IV.

The most important symptom mentioned by you is, your daughter is tired, that is because of dehydration due to repeated vomiting, in this case, you should not rely on medical advice from online consultation because we doctors can not assess the actual condition of your daughter to give you accurate advice.

So, I urge you to take her to a nearby hospital that has in-patient facility and pediatrician and get her admitted so that proper medicines can be given and IV fluids administered to correct the dehydration.

Please do not ignore as it will keep getting worse.

You can try giving her Syrup Ondem 5 ml (which has 2mg of medicine ondensetron per 5 ml), but since nothing is staying in, she is likely to vomit out the medicine as well, so you can not treat your child at home.

I hope you understand the problem.

Please keep me updated about the progress.

All the best.
