Question: I have been feeling dizzy lightheadedness when walking or driving.I also have been screaming when arguing with my dad. What is wrong with me?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness is likely attributed to the medications you have been on. All four of these meds are notorious for dizziness and recent emotional turmoil and arguing and shouting might have exacerbated the dizziness.

You need to talk to your doctor to let them change the meds with less dizziness sequelae or treat it with some anti vertigo meds like antivert or betahistines.

No harm in getting a complet vestibulococchlear exam and let them have a look. I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
