Brief Answer:
Unlikely heart pain but must be ruled out by EKG and other blood tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

I have read your query and understand the problem.

Your cough with sputum, chest heaviness and some times breathing difficulty are likely to be upper respiratory infection which could be viral or bacterial.

However, it is unlikely to be related to heart pain even if you have a history of heart disease and stenting done before almost 1 year.

But it must be ruled out for being in a safer side.

Go for CBC,ESR,blood cardiac markers (like Trop-I or LDH) with EKG to rule out heart pain and go for sputum tests with X-ray chest after making sure that it is nothing to be heart related.

Meanwhile,you may take symptomatic treatment

Anti-allergic medications with bronchodilators for symptomatic relief from cough and occasional breathing difficulty.

Nebulization with duolin respules and steam inhalation 2 to 3 times daily will also be helpful for symptomatic relief.

But first go to nearby doctor or your family physician preferably who may order above tests and start this treatment.

And continue your concurrent medications for diabetes and heart which you are taking.

Hope this help and let me know if you have more doubts.
