Brief Answer:
You are most probably having Upper Respiratory Track Infection with PND

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxx ,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having Upper Respiratory Track Infection with post nasal drip (PND).

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
Antiseptic Mouth Wash twice daily like Betadin ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
combination of Paracetamol + Ibuprofen like Tab combiflam twice daily after meal ,
Antihistaminic Tab Allegra M at night &
Tab Azithromycin 500mg once daily for 5 days .

You will get relief .

You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription.

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
