Suggest Remedy For Severe Back Pain

default
Posted on Fri, 30 Oct 2015
Question: I have back pain in my right kidney area which is moving around into my front abdominal area. The pain is very intense. I am unable to sit or stand & must lie in reclining position all the time. Dr has diagnosed a muscle pull but this has been going on for a week now with only brief periods of less intensive pain. Have been prescribed Celebrex & a muscle relaxer w/no sign of improvement. Is it time to take this further? XXXX

Brief Answer:
Other diagnosis like kidney problem to be ruled out by ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

although a muscle pull can take that long, i would usually rule out other possible causes like kidey or abdominal inflammation through ultrasound, examination and blood work/ urine testing.

If there is any doubt, please discuss these possibilities with your local doc,

Best regards
