Question: I was told by another doctor on here to find a sexologist to help with the sensitivity of my penis during sex and masturbation. Can you help me with my sensitivity issues?

I am having sensitivity issues and ejaculation issues while i am taking my medication. The other doctor told me to work on the issues with sensitivity. There is one spot on my penis that is much more sensitive than the rest of it that i need to touch in order to have an orgasm during masturbation. What can I do to increase the sensitivity of that spot and the rest of my penis? Is there anything else specific that I should tell you? I have tried contacting the sexologist on here but still have received no reply.

it is a little spot about two inches below the head that is much more sensitive than the rest. The spot isnt very large but it is very sensitive.
Sometimes before ejaculation semen will start to come out, but I havent had an orgasm yet. Other times when i have an orgasm very little will come out, and other times a lot will come out and it will be very very thick, much more thick than it was before i was on the medication (strattera). The issues began since I started the medication.

Most of the problems you are facing with ejaculation are commonly seen during or few months after taking Strattera. I believe you have stopped the medication. I assure you, you will regain your normal ejaculation within few months.

The sensitive part you have is normal. Its called frenulum and is sensitive compared to other parts of the penis. There is no need for any involvement here. If it matters you can apply Xylocaine 2% gelly over that part few minutes before intercourse.
