Suggest Remedy For Running Nose, Nasal Congestion And Sour Chest
Question: Hi, I have running nose, nasal congestion and sour chest from last night. What would you advice?

I had gone through your question.
With the above symptoms, this could be a viral respiratory infection.
Nothing to worry , you will be fine.
I recommend the following.
1) Antihistamine like levocetrizine with phenylephrine for runny nose and nasal block.
2) Oxymetazoline nasal drops for nasal congestion. Don't use this continuously for more than 6 days.
3) Analgesics like paracetamol for pain and fever.
4) An expectorant syrup, if you have cough.
5) Drink adequate water to prevent dehydration.
Nothing to worry you will be alright.

Thanks. I had my last dose of Allegra 120 around 2 hours back. Can I start with levo cetirizine from today night itself?
