Suggest Remedy For Red Rash On The Backs

Question: Hello, i have a rash on my back, not raised, painful or itchy. I have redness on my back that looks like sunburn but isnt. Your opinion would be appreciated

The rash is spreading round to my chest just underneath my armpit as well. In addition i have these stripes on my legs.

Thanks for the query.
It looks like an allergic rash, it may be due to some new cloth, perfumes, powder, excessive sweating etc.
You can try emollient like aloderm lotion or nivea cream along with some antiallergic like cetrizine.
