Hi,
Thanks for being on HCM.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

I would surely like to be of help but I need to know a few details beforehand-
1)Is headache unilateral(on one side of head) or bilateral?
2)Is it associated with nausea?
3)Does it increase on talking?
4)Is headache episodic or persistent?

Please follow up with details.Meanwhile, please do mental relaxation like meditation or yoga and take mild non steroidal analgesics.

Brief Answer:
Stress headache.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

After going through your clinical history,I am of the opinion that your clinical diagnosis is 'Stress headache'.

Your symptoms should improve with mental relaxation exercises.

Libotryp is the first line medicine for Stress headache and if the symptoms persist, you can consider re-starting this medicine.HOWEVER,MEDICINES SHOULD BE TAKEN UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF A PHYSICIAN.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.

Brief Answer:
Sedation in the initial days.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Though, for any medicine you can find a long list of side effects on internet. However, from the clinical and practical point of view, the main side effect at your age would be daytime sleepiness for the initial few days. However,as the time passes by,this will wither away.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
