Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
I read /studied / and reviewed your query and Understood your health concerns.
Please Update Me following information-to reply your query-
Did You get any nausea/Vomiting with the Pain?
Did You have any loos motions or dysentery like complaints lately?
Did you have any change in Diet or food / or hotel food/or Street food, in last 24-36 hrs?
What food You had in last 48 hours?
Is the pain colicky and of Severe / unbearable Or-is it bearable intensity?
Any history of old pain like this?Any history of surgical procedure/Endoscopic tests in the past?
Any urine burning with this pain lately?
Update any major illness in the past, for which You took treatment.
Await above information from You to be replied in next session.

My Primary Clinical Impression-
Based on the facts,You seem to suffer from any of the following possibilities-
-Amoebic Typhlitis
-Appendicitis
-Colitis
-Ureteric Stone with Colicky Pain in right lower quadrant.

Would Suggest to -
Observe the Pain with Bland Liquid diet-for next few days,
If the pain is bearable NO PAIN KILLERS till the diagnsosis is clear with your doctors.

Consult ER Doctor if the Pain increases and investigate it on the lines suggested above
USG of Right Lower Quadrant to rule out the above causes of such a complaint.
Check Stool / urine to rule out the cause from there.
Hope this reply would help to resolve your query and worry with it.

Welcome for any further query in this regard, which I would love to reply in next session.

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Right Lower Quadrant Abdominal Pain/Under Investigation

Hi,Dear xxxxxx,Thanks for the precise updates.
Sorry for the belated reply,as I just got relieved from My hectic day schedules.
I reviewed your updates and studied in context of your health query and health concerns.

Based on the above facts,In My opinion You should not be PANICKY with this pain which is tolerable as said by you.
This recent episode of spasmodic pain seems be due to the frozen food Dinner -eaten by You lately, thus limiting the cause of your right lower quadrant pain to the Typhlitis?Amebic?Colitis.

Alerts for Your Advanced Age-
For your advanced age You need to be alerted to get investigated for -
Ca ceaum, which should be ruled out with help of Gasto-Intestinal and Endoscopist Surgeon on priority, if need be,
-after Second opinion from General Surgeon who would be the right consultant to contact and investigate with -CT Contrast Barium Study of the colon and Ceacum.
Otherwise follow various suggestions on investigations and diet.Take medicines only if need be to control the symptoms.
Wait and Watch if further investigations and treatments with aggressive anti-spasmodics and antibiotics with anti amoebic drugs, only if need be.

If the things does recur,Then You should go ahead for the CT Abdomen with Contrast Study/ KUB -to rule out kidney/right ureteric stone possibility / or Ureteritis with Silent BEP-enlarged prostate.

Hope this would resolve your worry associated with the right lower quadrant spasmodic mild colicky abdominal pains.
Academic clinical possibilities discussed are for educative interests only and Not to be take seriously till proved , and need to be used to plan the investigation in case the trouble recurs frequently .

Keep Me updated for any progress on this issue, and I would love to help you out in time to come.

Welcome for any further query in this regard, which would be replied in the next session.

Good Day!!
