Question: hi, I have been having mentural pains for the past 32years I started my period and for the past 2years is terrible, that I cannot go to work at time what can I use for the pains

Pain -killers are the first list for menstrual pain like ibuprofen or paracetamol ,4 to 6 hours in a day.
Home care treatments may be successful in relieving painful menstrual periods except form the use of pain killers .
Home care tips:

using a heating pad on your pelvic area or back
massaging the abdomen
taking a warm bath
regular physical exercise
eating light, nutritious meals
practicing relaxation techniques or yoga
taking vitamin B-6, vitamin B-1, vitamin E, omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, and magnesium supplements while reducing your intake of salt, alcohol, caffeine, and sugar to prevent bloating
raising your legs or lying with your knees bent

But if your periods are with more pain for the past two years you should go for a transvaginal ultrasound (if you haven't done before within 2 years)to exclude any of the reasons that I will write below,and they are causes of menstrual pain .
1.endometriosis
2.fibroids
3.PID
4.Adenomyosis
5.Cervical stenosis
