Brief Answer:
Topical hygeine , antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query

White pimples should imply there is some bacterial infection. White discharge generally implies pus. It might be important to know if you experiencing any fever or pain. This might require an analgesic or an anti inflammatory drug.

However, the core of treatment is mainly proper hygeine and antibiotics. I suggest you shave properly and use warm water to wash and clean your genital region. It might be important to use pure cotton pants.

Topical antibiotics like Lincocin and oral Lincocin or Flucloxacilline should appropriate for treatment.

In case this treatment course fails , I will strongly suggest you consult your primary care physician.

Thanks for the query as I wish you the best of health.
