Brief Answer:
Low thyroid levels could be related to low energy

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Your problems could stem from low thyroid levels. I would like to know the details of your thyroid profile. Unfortunately I see no reports attached. I would be glad if you please reattach the reports. You can do so using the facility on the upper right of this page.

Based on your inputs, I would be able to suggest you the interventions required.

Brief Answer:
The blood parameters are within acceptable range

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. I have gone through the attachments. Let me mention that although certain values have been circled off, I find nothing unusual about them. ESR is expected to be increased at your age. A hemoglobin level of 11.4 g/dl is absolutely acceptable for an XXXXXXX female. The other parameters are acceptable too. However, the thing to mention is that the thyroid levels are within normal range.

In such a scenario the assumptions that can be made, are:
* Its probably due to some viral infection
* It could be due to the advancement in your age. You can take Vitamin E capsules like Evion 400 once or twice daily for the same.
* It could be due to hormone deprivation in post menopausal age.

It is hard to guide you specifically in this regard.

Regards

Brief Answer:
The doctor has given right medicines

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
I have gone through the medicines that have been given. Your doctor has shown good judgment in giving them. You can take all of them safely along with the previous medicines. In such a case, Zim Vital is the only overlap and one dose of XXXXXXX Vital is fine.
