Brief Answer:
Does not looks like Cancerous..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome Again..

As per your answers to my questions and the images attached I would like to explain you in detail about different areas of mouth as per the images:

1.Under surface of tongue: I could appreciate a white faint patch over the undersurface of tongue which looks like Leukoplakia.
Leukoplakia occurs due to continuous irritation to the tongue leading to formation of a protective keratin layer..
It is a pre-cancerous lesion [but not cancer] and will get resolved if you stop chewing tobacco and smoking completely as you have already explained that you have stopped it..
You will have to take anti-oxidants like Lycopene, multivitamins and follow a healthy and nutritious food habits..

2. The tongue surface or dorsum of tongue: It looks fine with some raised swollen taste buds at the back of tongue which can also be due to heat irritation caused by cigarette.
Stopped smoking, so it will be resolved soon..
Do warm saline gargles and suck ice pops..

3.The sides of tongue looks inflamed and redness is evident and as you will do warm saline gargles, suck ice pops and take multivitamin supplements it will resolve too..

4.A small ulcer could be seen on the inner aspect of lip that too looks like a canker sore and not anything serious..

5.A lump is visible over the side of the tongue it can be either due to tongue bite in case if it has occurred recently..
I would like to know that this lump is painful or not and it is present since how long?

For burning during food intake you can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Avoid spicy and hot foods and let the tongue heal..
Drink plenty of water and completely quit the smoking and tobacco chewing habits to prevent any serious conditions like Cancer to occur..

Continue the following explained remedies for 15 days and revert back with the progress in symptoms so that I can guide you better..

Wishing you a good health..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
