Brief Answer:
Please try Rifaximine treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Where is the pain exactly located? Does it get worse after meal intake?

Diarrhea can be caused by some chronic intestines infection. Stomach pain can be due to some other problem including peptic ulcers.
For diarrhea, I suggest you to try Rifaximine treatment. This special antibiotic helps with such problems in many case. If no improvement after such treatment, stool test and stool culture test should be done.
You should also consider gastroscopy if the pain is in upper middle abdomen.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
