Brief answer....try ibuprofen
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your problem of pain.
It is good that a plain anti inflammatory analgesic medicine like DICLOFENAC was helping you. The best for you is to try taking ibuprofen 400 mg to 600 mg. It can be taken three times a day. Since this is an OTC product, you can easily get it and there is no need for any prescription of your doctor.
You may even try paracetamol tablet also.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

Hello,
Your current symptoms are due to gastritis and acidity caused by consumption of OXYCODONE and ACETAMINIPHEN. It is normally a very safe drug but if taken on empty stomach or or if food eaten is small, then it can cause inflammation in stomach walls resulting in gastritis which results in pain abdomen and acidity.
You can take PANTOPROZOLE 40 mg along with a tablet BUSCOPAN which would relieve you of your symptoms. In case this doesn't relieve you, then you may go to ER.
Since your doctor has advised you not to take NSAID 's,then OXYCODONE combination would be ideal for you.
To avoid such type of symptoms in future start taking PANTOPROZOLE 40 mg every day in morning on empty stomach and better to take pain killers on full stomach.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
