Question: My question is can PPP form around the circumcision scar line. I do have PPP around the rim of my penis and then I think I have this aswell around the scar line in a few spots. It's wrinkled there so it all blends, when I pull it tight it seems like it is also PPP hoping its not a wart. It's at the bottom of the frenulum.

The PPP are very common to be seen in many individuals and do not require any treatment .

Observe personal hygiene by cleaning your genitals with warm water twice daily .
