Question: I am suffering with bumps like rashes on my penis head and it become painful and more painful when I do no masterbat .please give me suggestion

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to yeast infection and secondary bacterial infections. In such case ointments containing combination of antifungal like miconazole , anti bacterial like gentamycin and cortcosteroid like beclamethasone for local application will be helpful.

Avoid soaps and irritants wash the area as it may irritate more. You can use saline or warm water for this.

If you send a close picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying the condition.
