Question: hELLO,
pLEASE COULD YOU ADVISE OF ANY CREAM TO HELP REDUCE THE PAINFUL PUSSY LITTLE SPOTS UNDERNEATH THE SKIN ON MY NOSE.
SOMETIMES IT LASTS FOR WEEK BUT IS VERY PAINFUL, AND IS PURPLE RED COLOUR
IM ON MEDICATION ONCE DAILY THE TABLET IS CALLED EXEMESTANE, BUT THIS SEEMS TO COME AND GO OVER A PERIOD OF MONTHS

Furuncle of the nasal vestibule.

Hi,

Thanks for your query.

In my opinion, you might be having furuncle in the nasal vestibule. Most of the time, it's because of staphylococcus or streptococcal infection. Treatment is with penicillin antibiotics + anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol + diclofenac combination drugs. Mupirocin ointment for local application would be helpful. Continue medications which you are already taking.
