Brief Answer:
Possibly a pinched nerve

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and agree that the symptoms are likely to be due to a pinched nerve in the lower back (lumbar region).

Initial treatment would consist of medications such as pregabalin or gabapentin capsules to relieve the nerve pain.

If symptoms persist despite that, further tests such as MRI and nerve conduction studies may be needed.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
