Brief Answer:
HRT, lubricants

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Hormone replacement therapy especially Estrogen replacement is the most effective treatment for genitourinary atrophy, vaginal dryness and dyspareunia ( painful intercourse ) associated with menopause. In the meanwhile water based lubricants can be helpful. Medications that decrease lubrication such as antidepressants, antihistamines and can be identified and alternatives can be prescribed in consult with your doctor. Infective cause related to vaginal tract should also be addressed and treated accordingly as its a common cause.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
