Brief Answer:
Excision would be best, otherwise lactic acid & salicylic acid solution

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
The best method for treatment of corns is to get them excised by a dermatologist or a surgeon.
If you don't want to go for surgery in such cases I recommend my patients to apply a solution containing lactic acid and salicylic acid combination twice daily on the corn. It softens the corn and you can remove the dead skin by using a pumice stone. However it needs to be used regularly for atleast 3-4 weeks.
I hope to have answered your query.
I would be happy to clarify any further doubts.
