Suggest remedy for painful and swollen foreskin

Question: 60 year old male , in last year tip of foreskin as become white-ish and now cannot be pulled over glans..
Do is see a regular doctor ore a urolgist? can it be remedied without circumcision ?

I am sorry to hear that you are having pain and discomfort from swelling of your foreskin. This is called phimosis ad sometimes cane be treated with antibiotics or anti-fungal medications. If that does not help then circumcision is an option. To be treated properly I would recommend that you see a urologist as they can better treat and followup with your problem.
