Brief Answer:
Peyronie's in very early stage, causes no curve.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
Well, i fully understand your concern. As an Urologist, let me clarify your doubt of
what the pain is due to.
As one Urologist has already examined your penis and told you it's due to Peyronie's, try to realise, that a bend or curve of penis, develops in the later stages of the progress of plaque formation.
The pain increases most at time of erection, as the plaque forming inside, starts causing a sort of pain, over fixed areas of the penis. You can make out, if you feel carefully, a small, hard area over, the shaft of penis. Each time during erection, the same area is felt to be hardening and pain is maximum there. You may also see, a small curve forming at that same point.
You can ask him /her , at what stage, treatment will be started. There certainly are medical and surgical options available, in treatment of Peyronies disease.
In your case, it may be very early stage, hence not advised.
Hope your doubt is cleared and don't worry at all.
Wishing you well.

Brief Answer:
treatment decisions are made by doctor after examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Of-course, treatment is available, when indicated only.
Your doctor after local examination of the penis, will decide, when it's should be started. Keep in mind, plaque develops very slowly.
Medical treatments like Vitamin E and steroid injections locally are given initially.
If the plaque increases in advanced stages, then surgical excision is next option.
All decisions are taken by your doctor, so leave it to his/ her decision.
Wishing you well.

Brief Answer:
Get a check-up before marriage.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Well i do understand your anxiety.
Frequent urination could be due to excessive intake of fluids, if both your kidneys are functioning normally. Urinary infection and diabetes are other common reasons for the same. If you're having doubts about it, get your urine routine and culture test and blood sugar done. Show the reports to your doctor.
If you're having a prominent vein, which's painful, you must show that to a doctor and get an expert opinion. Further treatment for that requires a proper examination of that area. Get that checked before your marriage.
Wishing you well and congratulations on changing your marital status soon.
