Brief Answer:
Seems like upper respiratory tract infection probably rhinitis or pharyngit

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you are suffering from an upper respiratory tract infection, most likely acute rhinitis or pharyngitis. Here are simple measures which can hel:

Take antihistamines like cetrizine or loratidine for itching, throat itching and post nasal dripping

Anti inflammatory drugs like acetaminophen or ibuprofen will help with infalmmation and throat aches.

Antibiotics like augmentin or azithromycin may be needed for a complete recovery.

Using hot beverages may help. Do gargles with XXXXXXX warm saline water.

Avoid direct exposure to cold and keep yourself warm.

It will recover in a matter of few days hopefully. Discuss all these options with your GP. If symptoms persist consult an ENT specialist.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
