Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

What you are reporting seems related to side effects of your actual treatment. Zoloft and buspar are responsibile for acid reflux like pain pver your chest and on your left rib.

As long as your examinations especially cardiac exams were normal you shouldn't worry about those symptoms.

However I would recommend to do upper endoscopy for a proper evaluation and to exclude GERD. GERD is a common finding in patients with anxiety disorders.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Hi back,

As i said earlier your symptoms most probably are related to anxiety and their treatment (a side effect). As long as all exams were normal you shouldn't worry about.

Wish you all the best!

Hi back,

Your symptoms aren't typical for cardiac issues but seems like related to medical induced GERD (acid reflux) or panic attack.

Please keep in mind that the treatment you are taking may provoke or aggravate GERD (acid reflux).

Hope this will be of help!
