Question: My daughter-in-law had chest pains about 2025 minutes ago and am the pain was in the same place in her back, and her vision started going she couldn't see anything everything was blurry and then she started being able to see straightforward but no Perifial vision.

There are several conditions that should be ruled out.
It can be simple panic attach.
As she had a baby recently transistor ischemic attack, which can lead to vision problems, and pulmonary embolism are also possible, as sometimes there are thromboembolic complications after childbirth.
Eye problems usually occur during delivery, but are not common after delivery.
