Question: I haven't had a period for 2 months. There has been unprotected sex, but negative test. I have been really tired but when i go to sleep my body will only allow 3 hours... i have a random shooting pain In my breast and also some abdominal cramps.... this morning i had a consistent pulse in my stomach and its still doing it

If you have always been regular with your periods, you should either repeat the HPT or better still, go for an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres to confirm/exclude pregnancy. This should be followed by a clinical exam by a specialist and a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pelvic organs.

Your symptoms are suggestive of an early pregnancy, but documentation is needed.
