Brief Answer:
Better to have an ecg examination to rule out cardiac problems.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. It is better to have an ecg to rule out cardiac problems. Cardiac problems like decreased blood circulation (ischaemia) can give such left sided arm or neck pain. So it is better to have an ecg to be on safe side. It is also better to check your blood pressure and lipid profile levels.

From the symptoms you mentioned I suspect that it can be due to the wrong position you were sleeping or vitamin B deficiency. So correct your posture while sleeping. Avoid high pillows. Taking vitamin B complex including b12 is helpful also.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
