Brief Answer:
it is acidity and dehydration. take antacids and fluids.

Detailed Answer:
Dear, welcome to hcm and thanks for choosing us.

Thanks for providing medicine history. In my opinion your sister has acidity and dehydration. Feeling woozy indicates acidity, it is related to food or drinks. Feeling weak while getting up indicates dehydration. Low pulse rate is also indicative of reduced volume of fluids in body.

Your sister will require antacids (ranitidine) anti vomiting (metochlorpromide) tablets along with rehydration solutions. Since these are the prescription medicines, please visit your general practitioner. Ask her to take plenty of water and fluids. She can continue her other medicines as usual.

Please feel free to write for follow up queries. I wish rapid recovery for your sister. I hope my reply will help you.
