Question: This is inside my boyfriends ear what is it ?

We just tried using a ear cleaning wax cleaning kit and i did not see any of that wax come out

1. Dark coloured ear wax is usually dry and impacted.

2. Since the external ear canal is curved and narrower in thd middle (isthmus), you may not be able to remove it without softening it first.

3. Hence a visit to a specialist is advised.
