Brief Answer:
Anxiety is the likely cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.

You have a known history of 'anxiety'. 'Anxiety' is a common cause of numbness and tingling. It can cause numbness in all 4 extremities including face(tongue also).

Usually during some periods of severe anxiety, patient's breathing rate may increase(hyperventilation) which in most of the persons can result in tingling with numbness in face and extremities. So, if it is due to anxiety - It usually will not be persistent at same intensity.(It will intermittently be very severe, when patient is very anxious). In anxiety, it can be accompanied by increased breathing rate, palpitations, nausea, lightheadedness, fear, anger and lack of confidence.

Sometimes vitamins deficiency can also cause numbness and tingling in arms and legs(but in that case, it is uncommon in face and tongue).

Please do some mental relaxation exercises and 'Yoga'. It will probably help.

Please upload scanned MRI report. Is it MRI Brain or MRI spine?

Please follow-up further and I shall be glad to answer your queries.

Brief Answer:
Please try to control your anxiety. It will likely improve.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for being in follow-up.

This is most probably 'Anxiety' related. Please do some mental relaxation exercises and try to control your anxiety levels. Antianxiety medicines like Clonazepam may help you. This will help improve your numbness and tingling. These don't appear to be permanent problems.

Please take 'Neurobion forte' as advised. TAKE ALL MEDICINES UNDER YOUR PHYSICIAN'S SUPERVISION.

If you have some follow-up queries, I shall be glad to answer else, please close the thread-rate it and write a review.
