Brief Answer:
Nerve Entrapment Syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
The most possible diagnosis in your case is Nerve Entrapment Syndrome, which is the entrapment of the nerve of the lower legs.
With your description, Posterior Tibial Nerve (tarsal tunnel syndrome) is the most possible diagnosis.
Most commonly this occurs as a result of abnormal posture of the legs.
In most cases, it resolves spontaneously.
Compression of the posterior tibial nerve or one of its branches can occur due to ganglion cysts, lipomas, and hypothyroidism is also implicated as one of the cause.
You should do hot fomentation of the affected area and apply diclofenac ointment locally.
If this doesn't improve in 24 hours, you should see your doctor, who would conduct a Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV) testing for the same.
Treatment would depend on the report of NCV.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
