Question: Hi there- i hit my head on a cabinet earlier and nothing seemed out of place. I just got a nosebleed on the left side of my nose(small) should i be concerned.

Head trauma with a cabinet with mere a nose bleed is not a matter of concern but should be observed keenly for 24 hours. If any consciousness decline or loss of sensorium occurs slight bit, rush to ER. Just a cabinet hitting head won't lead to any intracerebral injury most likely. keep your fingers crossed and no worries.
