Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are due to anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
I read your query carefully. I noticed that I have answered a query of yours in the past as well where I tried to reassure you that you had not an aneurysm but simply tension type headache often related to anxiety. I am sorry to see that you have had such a tough time since then.

Let me reassure you again first that there is nothing threatening going on. Since I answered your other question you seem to have had many tests and if I was 99% sure back then that there was nothing wrong with your brain, now looking at those tests I am 100% sure.
I don't think it's the suggested sinusitis because apart from not explaining all your symptoms it would've been detected on CT/MRI. Temporomandibular joint dysfunction could cause some headache and ringing in the ears, but still too many symptoms to be the only cause.

As for blood tests those hematocrit and low rbc count values are almost normal, actually the value us doctors pay more attention to when evaluating for anemia is hemoglobin which is normal. Anyway those values are in no way responsible for the symptoms you describe in this or past queries.
Yes, you haven't had your CT angiogram but I don't believe its results will show anything to explain your symptoms either.

In my opinion the main culprit for your symptoms is anxiety and if you haven't already been prescribed any treatment for it I believe you should considering your obvious distress. There are many classes of drugs, usually the preferred ones are antidepressants which have also great anti anxiety effect. You should talk to your doctor about their prescription.

I remain at your disposal for further questions.

Brief Answer:
It's not a heart attack.

Detailed Answer:
Those symptoms are not related to a heart attack.

Even if I didn't know a thing about the heart and you didn't trust me, you've had EKG, ECHO, stress tests which are normal, so you should trust them.

Internet is great for getting information but in your case I am afraid it has been too much information, so try to relax, try to exercise or any other physical/social activity and stay away from the keyboard for a while, at least from symptom google-ing.

I hope to have been of help.
