Brief Answer:
Simple conditions such common flu should be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Since you have been healthy till now, I think your symptoms could be related to simple conditions such common flu, any food poisoning, or if you have consumed alcohol etc.

In this case, body temperature should be measured, rest, lot of fluids intake, paracetamol, should improve your symptoms.

Another possibility as a cause of your symptoms, if above conditions are excluded, may be inner ear dysfunction (benign paroxysmal vertigo, Meniere disease).

This second possibility should be evaluated if your symptoms are still present after a couple of days and above mentioned measures didn't result in improvement.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
