Brief Answer:
Yes you can take Nauzene.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to health care magic, I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
Since you had flu, there is a very good probability that it might have infected your middle ear and also bronchus to an extent, thus causing increased mucus secretion and nausea. Also tiredness is attributed to post infective sequele as raised body temperature causes increased muscle breakdown and infection drains body by utilizing all the energy for antibody production against infection.
Nauzene is found to be effective in controlling nausea,so you can take this tablet once daily for three days and as far as increased mucus is concerned, it is self limiting but if you find it annoying, you can take
tab levocet twice daily for 3 days.
coming to your diet. I recommend you to take protein rich diet along with multivitamin tablets if needed or you can consume lots of fresh fruits and vegetables along with fish, chicken, liver or pulses along with soya, eggs etc.
I hope this helps you
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

I also have a headache (probably from the sinus pain?) . Can I take ibuprofin or aleve to help or are those drugs upsetting my stomach further?

Brief Answer:
Its better to take tab paracetamol along with tab pan 40 mg.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
I appreciate your follow up.
Yes headache is due to sinusitis. Ibuprofen is known to cause lot of gastric irritation, which will precipitate nausea. Hence I recommend you to take
tab pan 40 mg once daily for 3 days, in the morning, 30 mins before food along with
tab paracetamol 650 mg twice daily for 3 days after food.
Hope this clarifies your doubts. Revert back to me if you have follow up queries.
