Question: Hi. I am a 30 year old female who had been experiencing joint/ muscle pain for ab 2 months. I also have tingling in my hands . The pain is worst in my hands/ wrists and low back. I have a tremor in my hands and body twitches all over. Espeacially in my face . I have always had the twitching thing. My mom has essential tremor, so I'm assuming that's what that is about. I was tested for MS, RA, Lupus and lyme disease. Also was tested for mono and B / D deficiencies. All tests came back negative.

Brief Answer:
several points.

Detailed Answer:
as there is not a specific question, and, there are limits to how much I can specifically say without an exam, I am going to give general information.
Your previous question was more detailed.
" At night when I wake up from sleeping, my hands are often asleep, even if I am not sleeping in a position that cuts off blood flow."
This would imply a local circulation issue. Actually, that pattern is quite common with movement of the wrists in the sleep and wrist braces are often helpful. As the common positional effects on the blood circulation to the nerves is without any major problems behind it; testing (nerves, circulation, nerve conduction tests, etc) are very likely to be normal. And, if the braces (genreally about 15 dollars each, non-prescription) help, there is not much else that needs doing.

Facial, ends of limb tingling and twitching is most commonly due to anxiety disorder with/without hyperventilation, and medication for anxiety/anti-depressants/ssri's are generally helpful. Older ones with more side effects and mroe sedation, also help nerve pain and sleep issues.

Electrolyte abnormalities in ionized calcium underly some of the effects from the hyperventilation (you breath fast, the acidity of the blood changes, less calcium stays in the blood due to the acidity changing). This is often testable, and... other diseases that affect calcium levels (malnutrition, loss of fluids from stomach surgical changes, vitamin D deficiency, magnesium deficiency, disorders of calcium regulating hormones) will produce all the symtpoms you mention (tingles, pain, twitching) so, everything connected to calcium should be checked.

trial of wrist braces; checking everything to do with calcium. Short list.
